COVID Conversations

Over the past several weeks since the novel coronavirus and COVID-19 have taken center stage on the news and in our lives, I’ve had the great opportunity to share my expertise and passion for empowering healing, particularly by sharing scientifically accurate information to help separate fact from fiction, and share actionable steps each of us can take at home to optimize our health so we are the most resilient we can be if we’re exposed to the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19. Here are a few to the high impact conversations I have had that I know will be extremely useful. I’m so grateful to my friends who reached out and gave me the opportunity to give back.

Below you’ll find links to my podcast interviews with Cynthia Thurlow, APRN and Dr. Stephanie Estima and video interviews with Dr. Darin Ingels and Dr. Alan Christianson. Enjoy!

I’m excited to share my interview on the Everyday Wellness Podcast with the host, Cynthia Thurlow. Cynthia is a great friend and amazing nurse practitioner. Our conversation was super cool and we hit on some really important topics, such as:

  • What is COVID-19?

  • How long can COVID-19 survive on different surfaces?

  • How can we prevent transmitting COVID-19?

  • Who is at highest risk from the Coronavirus?

  • Top tips and supplements for boosting your immune system!

I highly recommend checking this conversation out!

I had a blast chatting with Dr. Stephanie Estima. Here’s what she had to say about our podcast interview.

“We put Coronavirus under the microscope! Discussing the mechanisms behind the virus to better understand how it interacts with us and how we can prepare ourselves to be the most resilient, both physically and mentally. Tom and Stephanie review some promising treatments in traditional and alternative medicines. Along with giving you their best recommendations on sleep and cleanliness practices.”

Definitely check this one out!

This is a Facebook Live with my buddy Dr. Darin Ingels, ND and microbiologist. We had a great discussion about Lyme, Autoimmunity, and COVID-19. If you think you might be a greater risk of a serious COVID-19 infection, you probably want to watch, you might be surprised at our viewpoints.

Check out this Facebook Live where I was interviewed by my good friend Dr. Alan Christianson, NMD. This is another deep dive into the top myths going around about COVID-19. We take each of these head on and address them with the most up to date factual information available and also offer our top tips for optimizing our health during these ever-changing times.
